A rain a day keeps warmth away

Ok. The rain is back! It is back! It is back!

There is the Bad side and the Bad*Bad side.

Bad side:
1. Cold
2. Can't go out without drops of atoms of Hydrogen and oxygen covalently bonded together on my body, even with a brown shield with a aluminium frame.
3. No soccer
4. No basketball
5. You cannot bathe without getting a goosebump
6. Your hair stands even while bathing
7. Your legs get wet
8. Your pants get wet
9. You get wet
10. All above

Bad*Bad side:
1. Water is good, it refreshes yourself
2. You get an excuse not to exercise
3. You wont sweat so easily
4. It is cool
5. It is cool (the 2nd meaning)
6. Your parents cant blame you for being stuck in school whole day long (and having fun there)
7. You save on electricity cuz you do not need air-con or fan
8. Finally let's you use your umbrella
9. Empties the sky so there will be no more rain :)
10. All of the above

Kinda sad though, but the sky is really sad. It is wailing and bawling, and has indirectly caused the deaths of dozens in Asia! Cruel!
Cry me a river (It is a song btw).. that literally explains the situation here.
Look at all the floods.. here and there.. except Singapore. Yay! Go Singapore! GoGo Singapore! We rock!
Lovely PUB, lovely drainage system! Woohoooo! We rock dont we? The floods here in Singapore aint that bad after all. Thanks to our brilliant drainage system.
However, I pity our neighbours. Indonesia and Malaysia are struggling to keep themselves afloat (literally). Go to the news and you see nothing but reports on flooding in areas like Aceh. Sad huh?

However, thinking about this rain. I wonder.. if there is so much rain... then will it mean a dry spell in the future? Hopefully not :)

By the way, on a side note.. I went searching around for my name.. and this is what I found:

Url: http://k3vin-s3ng.livejournal.com/
Title: kevin seng. dontexpectanyfancyshitfromme

I do not have a livejournal. I repeat. I do not have. (Or at least I dont use it)Apparantly, either its a coincedence there is this guy called Kevin Seng, or he idolises me :p .. But in a bad way though :(

And....
To the passerby, Thank you for visiting !
Hopefully all the 2.1 Billion people around the way are actually celebrating with that in mind. If it is.. then I am happy.

Life without a connection.

Without a connection!
Oh no!
Without a connection??!? ARGH!! How would my life continue?

Lol.. I do not mean any other connection, in case you are wondering something else... =X
I mean the Internet Connection.

Newsreport: An earthquake that struck some random place in a random world in a random galaxy in a random time today... apparantly affected the underground cables connecting Singapore to the rest OF THE WORLD! Ok rather, connection was down by mainly 50%? American and European sites could be still accessed though (though I have tried T_T)

So. No connection. No google. !! OMG OMG OMG. Imagine life with NO GOOGLE?
Imagine.. Poring over PAGES and PAGES and PAges. Billions, trillions, gazillions.. you name it, you have it!
Imagine.. poring over pages and pages and pages.. just to find... something as minor as.. What is an ant? (not from dictionaries DUH)

but still.. what is worst.. I cant go to neowin! I cant access my Utopia! Oh oh.. We're in trouble.. something's come around and make it double yea yea.. (in case yu're wondering.. its lyrics from some song)

ok.. so MSN can be accessed 100000 cheers! But google still cant be accessed, 1000000 Boos. right now.. Singtel beats Starhub in connectivity. THough it is laggy at other webbys, but its connection is stable =) . My Starhub friends all dc (disconnect) time and again! LOL ZI BEI..

OK.. getting very high XD . gtg anyways

p.s i think I shld get a friends list here.. shld i?

Christmas? or Giveness?

Just read my own post. Feeling bad for putting so much.. vulgarities? Or rather speaking in such tones.. But, when you are angry.. you can't contrl yourself.. can you? haha

Anyways.... yesterday my parents brought me for a walking trip down Orchard Road.
Begin: Orchard Road Mrt
End: Dhoby Gaut Mrt (4got spelling o_O)
Mode: Leg (or rather Legs)

walking around.. i find nothing but people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people and people...

ya you get the idea.. nothing but people.. and additional floats.. describing the Birth Of Christ! WOoooohooo . Good on Earth!

However, how many people are really celebrating with that in mind? Since when did the birth of Christ brought about presents?
THinking of this way probably? Christ was a present from God himself? =X
(Sorry if I am insulting or wrong in anyway. Please correct me thanks)

However, has the commercialization of Christmas made the real idea behind Christmas buried amongst the piles of presents (and heaps of rubbish)? I wonder. and really wonder. I asked some of my younger siblings, and they joyfully chirp: "A season about giving"

I find this worrying.

Anyone care to answer my question?

What is wrong!

Omg.. I really cant stand it..
what is wrong with them?
what is wrong with them??
what is wrong with THEM???

gosh
They barred me from my laptop last night.. I wasn't really playing games. I was doing work. Yet they were kinda pissed. (somehow) and forced me to get out...
Then they asked me to do some sort of schedule!!
OMG OMG... WHAT THE HELL!?!??
Somehow, they ask me to do something, I agreed, and then I could use this.. More of that later

I was really planning SEE² 2007 stuff with the rest of the crew... or rather looking for resources... and they said I am wasting time.

All along.. i wanted to say this.. but I did not want to.. trying to suppress inside..
But i guess that bottling up your anger is the worst thing to do.. so HERE IT IS!
1) You guys are too academically-inclined. You guys think nothing but school work work work. Degrees, good grades. Ya so? IF I get good grades.. just by stupid MUGGING, and be a NO-LIFER, there is no MEANING to LIFE! I know how important they are.. BUT PLEASE... I got projects which.. are MORE important to me..!!!

2) You guys have short-term memory, or rather selective memory. What I tell you now, you'll forget in a few months. SO why tell? I just told you about the Thinkquest project, and you forgot about it! Oh my GOSH..

3) Please. I know what I am doing. Why must you be so restrictive? Why cant i go out as I like, stay as I like? haiz..

Well.. feel much better now.. (really)

---------------------------------------------

but.. think about it.. its for my own good.. But why must "good" stuff be so shit?

Rain Rain. Gone away?

Omg. Finally. A day without rain. What a beautiful wonder! What a miracle!
The song: I believe in miracles.... really suits here.

According to the news, this monsoon, which brought so many water bombs onto our sunny Singapore, which brought about the closure of several companies.. which brought about the flooding of several areas.. is expected to end at Friday. Somehow, the clouds went for a 24-hour toilet break today .. haha =)

Its so good to feel the Sun, although it was pretty strong! But still, nothing beat the warmth caressing your skin!

School. SO far yet so near! T_T Why must we have school?
Omg... I havent done anything so far.. haha =)

SEE²

So. It concluded yesterday. Months, weeks, hours of hard work.

First time we held a convention, or rather a mini-conference, encompassing about 100 students from different schools islandwide.

Well, it was hard work. Not really for me, I chipped in quite late, but still I felt I did a considerably good job on my part :) .

3 cheers to the Organising Team. Kelvin, Wei Zheng, Siheng, Lionel, Libo.. and Zhi Hao! Lionel and Zhi Hao were the main people, the backbone, the driving force behind this. They deserve considerable recognition.

so. i believe there will be a sequel, cuz I am going to be sitting at the helm now.

Tuesday, November 28, 2006

Just a random though. Really

Can't really think of a title. But would like to comment on this.

Whenever I sit in the bus, going home from school or what ever place. Whenever I am walking to school or what ever place. Whenever I am eating at any outlet or my home. Whenever I sit down and wait, rest, look around.

Don't you think life is pretty systematic?
Wake up > Eat food > Do work > Eat food > Do more stuff > Eat food > Sleep

and the whole thing restarts. just like that.

Hmm.. what';s the meaning of life? Anyone? Everyday we do the same ol' crap. In the end displacement is still 0 (this is psychis related by the way). So no work (in physics terms again) is actually done, since we return back to our home.

After that, dont you find yourself back at the same place. Who finds real attachment to the house? I mean the house. Not the people. Tey House. The psyhical thing where you walk inside everyday, walk around, sleep, bath, wash hair, eat, cook, dance, watch tv, play games etc.

I feel that all the houses in Singapore are equilavent to hotels, just that we are on a 99D/98N trip to Singapore. Even the flats are built to look like hotel units o_O .
Imagine this: every day, you leave your house. work. then come back at night. Isn't it equilavent to hotel staying? where you leave in the morning, go sightseeing/play and come back at night? hmmm.. furthurmore all the houses switch hands once the owner dies?

so.. think about it.

Too much Good thing is bad for you

Slack. Slack. Slack. The 5 letter word every student has in mind. (other than those few who ...)

However.. too much slack is also BAD!! TOO MUCH SLACK IS BORING.
THE NTUC CIP Proj.. where we sort out books. IT IS !!!! SLACK! The books come like every 3,4 hours. What we do during.. play cards. I CAN EVEN PLAY until i am bored of cards !! OMG.. SLACK until we cry.. haiz

SO who says having alot of good is good?

Attitude or mentality?

Wedding dinners. Everyone should have at least attended one wedding dinner by the age of 10.

Wedding dinners, seen as formal events, but are they really formal? My most recent experience yesterday turned the ideology of wedding dinners as formal events topsy-turvy.

enter the hall, (usually a ballroom) and you'll see scores of people sitting at scores of table, placed so narrow to each other one has to squeeze his way around. The wedding dinner was held in Furama, I do not think other hotels would be equally bad. But yesterday's one was horrid. So many people.

In addition, the first thing that hit me when i walked out of the ballroom to the toilets was the all-too-familiar smell that you'll encounter at the roadside. The stench of cigeratte smoke wafted throughout the foyeur, as smokers, who try to be considerate by smoking in a corner, puff away in a nearby corner. Where is the formality of a wedding dinner?

Second. Whilst the emcees were introducing and trying to get everyone's attention. All the elder people were busy chatting away, as if the whole event was theirs. The emcees looked like total idiots as they pronounced their script in front of an unappreciative audience. Maybe audience is not even a term, as few people are actually listening to them! Pretty sad huh?

Third, singaporeans really waste food. Other than my table, all the other tables (as far as I can see, which is prolly abt 4 tables radius) did not finish their food, particularly the greens. For example, after the braised mushrooms with chye sim dish, all I see was heaps of chye sim (a vegetable, in case you DO NOT KNOW?!?!) left on the plate. Only my table (which consists of me and my 2 cousins family and my grandparents) cleared the plate. Why on earth do Singaporeans not eat vegetables? No wonder so many people get sick daily. What is in vegetables that people do not like to eat?!? I am shocked, horrified, surprised... haiz.. disappointed

Lastly, since when did ballrooms become children's play room? You get the idea.

Sad. Since when were we brought up this way?

Weak week

Oh my gosh. What happened to me? 2 weeks, in a row, I injured 2 body parts.
I just injured my toe, then I injured my teeny weeny finger. Gosh. How I hate sports... although they are pretty fun.

Prolly I am stupid/silly/clumsy, go and hit my body parts squarely into structures. My toe into a wall, my finger into the basketball. Eh, do not underestimate. I think its about 90 degrees angle, hit my finger fair and square. Furthurmore it fell from a height about the height of the basketball post. (yea ignore my bad english :p)

Right now, I have recovered. Or so as it seems. Mabe 90% recovered. The other 10% is... almost impossible . haha =)

New Computer on the block

Oh yea. I have worked for it! (Maybe lucky? XD) I have worked for it, and it came to me!!

Went to Funan, and bought a new laptop with my father. A new laptop for myself.. and I find it awesome. Glossy finish with a nice design!! Woohoo

According to my father, what attracted him was the relatively cheap warranty upgrade. ($200 for extra 2 years, full coverage !!) In addition.. look at all the freebies. Printer, 512MB thumbdrive, mouse... (carrying bag is normal)
But What i like about it.. is its glossy design.

If you are wondering:

Compaq Presario V3137AU
$1399

AMD Turion 64 Mobile Tech [First time I am using AMD]
512KB L2 Cache (2.0 Ghz)
14.1" WXGA display
80GB (5400RPM) HD
512MB DDR2 SDRAM
nVidia GeForce Go 6150 (256MB Shared)

One problem is.. it is very hot.. literally. Use for 1 hr, and the bottom feels darn darn hot. Hopefully it doesnt kill my laptop =)

Anyways.. got to wait for a week. If any problem occurs, send back. Right now no games on my laptop, cuz it can be a trump card for the other retailer XD

Smoky Problem

No. I am not complaining about the haze problem affecting everyone. I am not commenting about the fuzzy thing that is hampering your visibility for the past weeks.

However, imagine that Singapore has a place with a PSI of more than 100? Right in our doorstep? Made by fellow Singaporeans... (for fellow Singaporeans?) The irony is.. it is not made in any CBD areas... but at a temple!
OMGosh. A temple, a Bhuddist temple in fact! Furthurmore.. it is the place where the urns of my great-grandma and my late brother lies!!!

Haiz. You see, the place where all the tablets are is underground. They (the management) do not bother to switch on any appliances to help "suck" incense smoke out, let alone circulate the air.
So the result?
A place.. (roughly the land area of my house) which is cloudy (almost cloudy.. to my expense) inside. Spend 10 seconds inside and your eyes will start stinging, for me at least. But even then, I think those wearing contacts (contact lenses) will die(not literally), imagine all the smoke particles stuck in between the lenses and the eye??!

anyways... if you are wondering why I am there. Well, there for my great-grandma's death anniversary (not sure if 1 or 2 yrs), and also to visit my brother, over whom i almost shd tears.

Omg. just cant imagine.. finally..

The world is in fear

Read the book "State of Fear", by Michael Crichton.

GodDam*** .. its darn nice. Just finished it in 2 days. 500+ pages only..
It shows certain things which are very interesting to note.. hmm

And the title has almost no relation to the story.. but it holds a very very powerful meaning.

Spoiler:
This book is about environmental effects. Some action. But the main part.. if you want
1) pages 451-460
2) pages 477-490

there..

Law & Order in the world is run by introducing fear.
What humans do, are instead affecting the earth due to his selfish desires.

think about it.

Food for Thought

Oh yea. Cooking aint that bad as you might think!
Somehow, I got inspiration to cook, haha. Been watching some cooking shows during the holidays, saw how juicy and tasty the masterpieces were...
So I decided to cook some stuff.. haha .
First step was an egg. Normal chicky egg, fry with oil and all those.

Then, I decided to make my debut food , haha.

Presenting...

Presenting.....

Cabbage-wrapped chicken in oyster sauce!

Yea. the picture looks tantalising.. doesnt it ? haha..

Well, I got the "inspiration" when I was given some meat, and remembered buying some cabbage for soup. Then, seeing how big the leaves were... I decided. to wrap it up! .. So that's the main part.

AFter that, I remembered that cabbage is plain, so a sauce was created.
Oyster sauce, soya sauce, brown sugar, corn flour.. all champo together to form a nice sauce.

I poured the sauce over the dish after it was cooked, and let it stand for a while. THen, the sauce was HEAVEN! Put it on plain rice.. you can taste the essence of cabbage, the sweet taste of the oyster sauce! OMG.. its just soo nice..

However, the cabbage keep coming out .. haha. I guess I didnt cook well enough..
SO yea.. these are some pictures =) ..
may be a bit blur though.. taken in haste!

Free

Yea. Free.. exams over...

wonder why we still have school haha. well, go back and SLACK.
According to a teacher, the school has things "in store" for us, I beg to differ ..hehe .

but anyways, with our new found freedom, what should we do? I cant literally play all day..
Hey

*checks my organiser*

I have lotsa things to do LOL ..
Lotsa events planned.. so maybe I wont be so free after all.. =(

After a long hurdle...

Oh yea. 2 more days. Chinese Composition. My last, most difficult, most imba challenge I have to take. Chinese, my weakest subject and language, and now I have to do composition! (Irony right? I am a Chinese)

But its ok. Tommorrow, I shall mug. Seriously read read read. At least for 3,4 hours. I must make this a success. I started the examinations poorly, with a supposedly bad performance in the Chinese Paper 2. Hopefully I can end this examinations with a confident heart. I Know I will be a no-lifer, but who cares. Just for that 3 hours, then its finished. Finished !! OH YEA !!

Ok. So. Good luck to everyone. Just 2 more days.

A wider circle of friends... hopefully

Cool, I just opened up my "territory" by 50% .. haha.
I just learnt of a Sec 3 Hwachong fella somewhere near my neighbourhood. We walk home everyday, although we spilt after a while, and we chat alot. Haha. Well, gd friends!

Today, just went to play with him, and his friends. You see, he live near a park, which is flanked and surrounded by rows of houses. Most of the youngsters, children and teenagers of these houses, (according to him) pour out during the late afternoon to have fun. For my case, I was greeted with a silence park, prolly due to the examinations? Haha. How I was rejoicing! But after a while, I found myself playing with 5,6 more people. Hopefully I can form friendship bonds with them, and therefore increase my circle of friends.

Somehow I felt that I have missed out on alot during my 5-year stay here in Faber Crest.

I can see the sky..

Yea. The PSI index dropped dramatically into the safety zone! Ole.... ole..
Hopefully this temporary relief from all that "fog" will last throughout the whole day. Darn. yesterday was one of the worst days ever.
But I took the chance.. and switched on the air-con.. during the DAY!. For the first time in my whole life, I get to enjoy air-conditioner at HOME during the DAY ! Woohooo.. lolz.. but nothing new. So cold, got to wear jacket and long pants T_T , like I am going to sleep yea yea.

Anyways, exams again. 2 more days. Counting down. My parents are pushing me harder and harder. Tey want me to read, I dun want to read... although I know they meant well. But please.. its boring !! aargh.. Maybe this is why my Chinese is so bad.. A double-edged sword huh? I suck at Chinese, so I dun want to read, which makes me suck even more? . ok.. I get it.. I shall try and read some after this post.
O_O I am actually motivated by my own post? haha.. well nvm I shant crap anymore. just realised this post is all crap. But I will still go and read.. RIGHT after this.

yea, thank you guys for reading my blog .. yea i know it aint nice/flashy/beautiful and what not.. but I think I shall keep posting =) .. haha. after exams should be able.. Just cannot wait WAIT WAIT !!

P.S. I have a habit of putting "...". Its my way of "," or just some pause.

Yea.. Just 2 more papers (or rather 1/2)

OK. English Comprehension and Chinese Composition.

Just 2 more. yea 2 more.. to ultimate haven for 3 months.
2 more papers, before I can dump my bag at a corner, and erase my memory of all those problematic equations and mind-boggling facts haha... maybe not erase.. just put them at one side..
I shall just try and mug (in front of my parents) .. but what's there to mug? Seriously.. how do one study for Comprehension? erm..

Maybe Composition needs some studying haha.. learning all the formats is essential.. the format alone gives 10 free marks.. about 30% !! THIRTY PERCENT!! Its too good to miss..

oh yea.. so just 2 more papers.. Thursday I can slack. yea Three cheers..

Smoke gets in your eyes...

Wow.. Singapore is undergoing a mass fogging exercise?
Oh my gosh.. so many smokers here all of a sudden? What happened to the smoking ban?
Cool.. it just rained? How come the ground here is so dry?

"Visibility dropped to 2km" stressed NEA officers. "The smog is so bad people wore face masks", a Hougang citizen worries.

What is wrong with them? Who should I point finger to? The farmers, or the "corrupt" officials of Indonesia? It states that "the illegal burning" of the forest (to clear land for agriculture) causes the haze. It is illegal already.. then how come this thing of such major scale can occur? Forest fires. Over 500 hotspots yesterday! Oh My Gosh! This is the genocide of trees, the farmers to the trees are like Hitler to the Jews.
However, can we push all blame to the farmers? In the first place, why the income disparity? How come the Gini coefficient is so high? (If you dun know what issit, find out yourself XD) How come there are Indonesians who sit at luxurious homes, wear flashy clothes, have incredible waistlines etc? yet there are the poor, stuck in the wilderness, and resorting to such cheap (literally cheap) tactics in order to get as much as possible. Its because they(the farmers) have to find the cheapest way to grow their crops, and sell for high price for that income, that's why they decide to burn.
SO hmmm.. who shall we blame? But it is getting worse and worse each day. Whenever I walk around, I feel that "dust" in the air, as if my house has been abandoned for such long time.

!! ARGH !!... cannot take it anymore !! Why that stupid smoke....
zzzz

Thursday, October 05, 2006

Keep your cool, thank you.

A female teacher in short hair, aged around 40 (I guess), stormed into the classroom amid the incessant chattering of teenage boys. A sudden order silenced the boys in an instant, and all eyes fell on her. Then with a commanding voice, she asked all of us to pick up rubbish etc.
Well, at least do not shout at us. It seem as if she had gone mad and very angry, and decided to throw her anger at us. Please, it is an exam mind you. We have already enough stress, do not add more ok?

I am not trying to point fingers or do the blame game..

Anyways... for my Chemistry examination.
Surprise surprise! It wasnt as diffucult as I thought. Fancy mugging over topics that covered, maybe only 5% of the whole exam ! LOL .. haha
Was panicking over environmental chemistry, yet only a couple of questions came out. Majority of the examination was on QA, qualitative analysis. But I still had some difficulty, forgot some parts of "Solubility of Salts".
Anyways.. isn't it better to be prepared than not to be?

English Compo

OK.. English compo is here. scared as usual.

Found a website: http://essayinfo.com/ Quite gd.

Examinations Anyone?

Ok. They are officially here. In exactly 11 hours time (from my clock), I will find myself wearing a white shirt with khaki shorts, sitting at the 2nd last row of the classroom, holding a G2 pen, and facing the words : Hwachong Institution English Paper 2.

Hahas...
Kind of afraid though. Judging by my crappy performance in english throughout the year, I doubt I would do any better here. Surprisingly, I find myself able to converse in English easily, yet when it comes to writing.. somehow my "style" of saying cannot be translated into words.. Possibly its due to me being too informal, then the teacher (Ms Lim) is unable to comprehend, and then mark me down. haha

Actually.. if you think about it. What has comprehension got to do with your work? Yea..

IT Emergency 2006 Day 1

Yea. Ortus (A consortium in my school) boys are awaiting for this. Finally we get to sit at home, stare at pixels flashing before our eyes, and pretend MSN is the classroom - just like what the others have done.

3 Years of waiting has finally paid off - the other consortiums had IT Emergency Weeks like 2,3 times before us. IT Emergency week is when students need not go to school, but rather attend online lessons, where teachers will engage in discussions with students on chatrooms i.e. MSN Messenger.

Firstly, I find this VERY VERY SLACK. Serious. Most of the work to be done, could be done at night, and in the day.. some people just log in.. make themselves "Busy", and then do other things. For example, my friends... they took the opportunity to play a few games, whilst waiting for the "lagging" teacher to start a lesson.
In addition.. there was quite alot of miscommunication somehow.. if people do not cooperate etc... Like people being late, not-online or just plain AFKing

Secondly, I also find this very fun. It is interesting to actually sit at home.. switch on radio/mp3, have a cuppa of c0f33 beside you.. and then start discussing - more of chatting hehe - about the day's events. The only wet blanket are the assignments that are due. haha... student's nightmare --> Homework

Funny event

Do you believe in "your feelings", those hunches that you get whenever you try to make a choice. Haha.

Well, today I was going home from PDC (ding chun), and we took 156. You see, PDC has 2 options, follow me or stop midway and take a transfer bus to his house.
If he had already missed his transfer bus, there is no harm following me all the way to Clementi MRT station. But if he did not, then he'll spend a longer time going to his house!

Well, we saw 156 go past, then a bus 77. He had a hunch, and he said he was very sure, that he had missed his bus (which means he had to wait extra 20 minutes for his next bus, and could rather follow me)

However, yea you guessed it, when the bus was at the traffic light (meaning his descision is sealed), a bus crept up behind us, with the number 970 flashing. LOL ..
haha.. he and I were like so ... yea. "cold"..

coincedence?
So should we trust our "conscience", or that "hunch" inside us?

Exemptions

I shall talk about exemptions now. Kind of thought about it when I was travelling on the MRT to the National Library.

Exemptions, are no doubt, everyone's favourite, and target. No one in their right mind would not want to get exempted from any subject, much less exemptions from all subjects.

Exemptions mean:
Less to study + More free time = Less stress = Higher study efficiency = Better grades in exam-taking subjects

If you also think about it,
Exemptions mean:
Lesser students taking exams = Lesser papers to mark = Teachers have more time = Higher marking accuracy + Teachers not loosing sleep = Higher quality teaching = Students' performance improvement = Lesser students taking exams !

Students' performance improvement = Better Learning and Absorption = Better "O" and "A" levels = Better life

See the trend? Hehe ...
So that is why we should have more pupils getting exempted. It will be a win-win situation eventually =)

Planning for Exams

The Consortium head just gave us some planner for us to plan our stuff. As usual, we went to the back page, look for 12 October, and scrawled "Play" and "Slack" all over the dates after 12 October. YOu should guess why.

I never actually plan stuff. So I do not think this will be of use to me anyways, hehe. To me, planning kinds of restrict yourself, but you need to have that discipline in order to do well for exams? I do not think so. I think just revising whenever you feel like it is good (although try not to keep playing). May be I just cannot shrug off my primary school style, playing even during exams LOL.

Not much thoughts here. Kind of sleepy and tired. This week is really a taxing week, so much homework, spam here flood there. Omg. I wonder when my files will burst open from all the worksheets inside.
